About

I'm a Bay Area native who has called Oakland home since 2017. I'm the VP of Product and Programs at HealthBegins, where I work on the conditions — housing, food, transportation, connection — that shape the health of neighborhoods. As a first-gen American, former Medicaid member, and former frontline worker, I bring lived experience to that work, and I've grown increasingly convinced that hyper-local is where real change happens.

A trained permaculture designer, I see healthy communities the way I see healthy ecosystems: built from the ground up.

I've been leaning into AI-native product development: rapid prototyping, design systems, evals, shipping code, analytics, onboarding, marketing. However, I truly believe there is no substitute to co-designing with people with lived experience.

Outside of work, you'll find me at farmers markets or organizing hyperlocal resilience efforts right in my own neighborhood.
